That first one should be called "how many countries can you spell correctly + how fast can you type in five minutes". I wasted too much time trying to spell Uruguay and Kyrgyzstan
(hint, stay away from the -stans).
Did you get 86 the first time you tried it? If so, that's impressive. I'm going to try again now that I know not to waste 30 seconds trying to spell a hard one.
I did - 86 the very first time.
Wow, that's pretty good. I got 68 on the first try. I also got screwed up on Great Britain / United Kingdom / England... I couldn't get it to take that one no matter how many different ways I tried.
You win :( I only got 82 the next time I tried.
I tried one more time tonight - 97 this time.
Oh yeah? Well, I have a 57% chance of surviving a Zombie Apocalypse... AND I can beat up more 5 year olds than you!
I got 77 on the first shot, and 84 on the second shot. The weird thing was, even with cheating it was hard to do much better. I copied the list and sorted by alphabetical order and put that on a second monitor and typed while looking at it...and could still only get to 92.
Finally, I sorted first by length and put the list in columns and I then got to 133.
(Disclaimer, I had the flu Sun-Wed and I'm still pretty drugged up and shaky have having a surprisingly hard time typing.)
In other news, the country of Chad announced earlier today that it is formally changing it's name to 'Brian'
